What we’re building first

Organizations usually announce programs first and build foundations later. We are doing it in the other order, and this post is the plan on the record.

First, the groundwork

Legal registrations in both countries — a Section 8 company in India, a 501(c)(3) in the United States. A child-safeguarding policy adopted before partner conversations begin, so it is a credential, not a promise. An independent board with a child-protection professional on it. None of this is glamorous; all of it is load-bearing.

Then, the pilot

In 2027 we run the Canvas Year with two to three partner organizations and 100–200 children, on two tracks: AI-assisted digital content and design, and code and prompt fundamentals. One live session a month; the rest is the child’s own work on real missions, with mentors coaching — never touching the work.

The success bars are set before we start, and they are public: completion above 70%, every completer holding a portfolio a stranger would judge as competent, movement along the Journey within six months. If we miss, we say so, diagnose, and re-run smaller. We do not scale a program that has not earned it.

What you can do now

If you run an organization that cares for children, the conversation starts on our partners page. If you have skills to coach, the mentors page. If you want to fund what the pilot proves, pledge on the give page — we will call on you the moment we can receipt properly.
